As fall begins to set-in (thankfully, it was 80 degrees today and sunny) the darker palettes will begin to emerge from my closet.  I feel like I can confidently wear these more saturated hues of grey, brown, black and navy, because the Spring/Summer trends are beginning to reveal themselves in a painterly fashion. There are three key words thus far - pastels and bright colors. The calming pastels (blush, light pink and tiffany egg blue) and the vibrant, energizing hues of orange and yellow will allow for a true spring awakening come March.  I am also loving the inky blue and stunning purple dresses at Prabal Gurung and the chartreuse column dresses, flowy maxi skirts and textured feathery dresses at Christian Siriano.
